Women Empower for National Growth

  We all endeavor to live in a peaceful, prosperous world which is an aim hard to achieve if half of the population in the world is uneducated and uninformed in a veil of prejudices that we hold against the fairer sex. History holds testament to the great mistreatment of women throughout. They were considered second-class citizens who were deemed as weaker, mentally, emotionally, and physically and received the right to vote and equal status in society much later. How about educating and empowering women to build a better society? What Malala Yousafzai said holds true. We really can not succeed with half of us held back. We need to rise up together and each one of us has an equal say in the direction we take from here. The growth we are striving for will not materialize unless we all, men and women, join hands to work for it with clarity. Studies reveal that greater gender equality can enhance economic productivity, make the development outcomes for the coming generation bet
